Movement analysis and report of findings

Empowering and in-depth. This session looks at your movement patterns closely to determine what you can do to move better, more efficiently and effectively. I use my expertise, video and pictures to break down and explain how your body is moving and what you can do to improve your quality of movement and therefore exceed your goals. 

The report of findings is a detailed explanation of your movement analysis. It shows you what you can do to create positive change in your body and continue to learn how to tap into even more of your great potential. 

I use pictures and easy to understand language for you to reference and continue to grow from. 

 

Follow up movement analysis consultation

Schedule bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly etc. follow up consultations are virtual or in-person. They’re your opportunity to revisit your movement patterns and ensure they’re progressing the way you want and address any questions that have come up for you since our initial analysis. 

Keep progressing and maintain accountability to your best self with these follow up consultations. 

They can be as little as 2 units (20 minutes) or as many as 18 (3 hours)  for your own private workshop.

 

Life coaching and mentoring

For athletes, working professionals and parents. These sessions are an opportunity to learn how to cultivate deep trust, love and acceptance within. It’s your opportunity to provide rather than to project. To be the one who’s in control of your life rather and be accountable for living your best life!

It’s easy to look outside of yourself at the world and want something. It’s enlightenment to look within and provide that which you want for yourself and therefore create the world you want to live in.

Schedule virtually or in-person.

2 units (20 minutes) - 12 units (2hrs)

Virtually means via FaceTime or other platforms

In-person is here at Superb Health and Performance or on site at your location.

Pricing is based on the unit structure as seen in rates.

Program design

Custom program specifically designed for you to achieve and exceed your goals. Utilizing your goals, physical abilities and mental strengths, I’ll customize a program for you to thrive in the gym, at home or on the road. 

Typically 6 units (1-hr)

 

Program analysis and critique

Take your current program and make it even better! If it’s your teams program or your trainers program or you’re a trainer making programs for clients, I’ll look it over for you and make any necessary adjustments based on your needs. 

This is a great offering to customize and further individualize programs to support the specific needs of anyone. 

3 + units (typically 3 for an individual program)

 

Consulting

Your opportunity to take your current training program and have it sifted, organized and customized specifically to your needs. Your needs include goals, abilities, stress levels, history and intentions. 

Your team's strength and conditioning program is great, but can be even better for you when it’s customized. Send it to me, I’ll look it over and teach you how to make it just right for you to exceed your goals.

As often as you want, open your inbox to find a newsletter created specifically for you to thrive and live your best life. These newsletters have suggested readings, quotes, podcasts and personally written ‘homework’ assignments for you to practice to open up more positive thinking and turn negative thought processes into new and exciting patterns. 

Typical newsletter includes: 

• Custom meditations

This is so we can get to know each other, create trust and it gives me the opportunity to watch your movements closely to create your customized training program. After training together 1:1 you have the option to continue 1:1 or move into partner sessions.

Step by Step Process to Getting Started

 

Step 1 -

Movement Assessment and Consultation Meet and greet each other, receive a tour of the gym and then we begin our warm up and go through your movement analysis.

Step 2 -

Post movement analysis, I’ll present you with my report of findings.We’ll use your report of findings to discuss my recommendations for your custom training program, create a schedule and set up billing.

Step 3 -

Process payment and scheduling. Walk away with a clear understanding of what your wellness path ahead of you looks like with inspiration and knowledge on how to achieve your goals.
