Personal Training - 1:1 - All new clients begin 1:1 training with me. This is so we can get to know each other, create trust and it gives me the opportunity to watch your movements closely to create your customized training program. After training together 1:1 you have the option to continue 1:1 or move into partner sessions.
Partner Training - personal training with open minded, growth mindset individuals who are also pursuing their best life. I’ll schedule you with people I believe you’ll get along best with and therefore have the greatest potential to thrive. Partner training maintains my close attention to your progress, technique and continued success!

Step by Step Process to Getting Started
Step 1 -
Movement Assessment and Consultation Meet and greet each other, receive a tour of the gym and then we begin our warm up and go through your movement analysis.
Step 2 -
Post movement analysis, I’ll present you with my report of findings.We’ll use your report of findings to discuss my recommendations for your custom training program, create a schedule and set up billing.
Step 3 -
Process payment and scheduling. Walk away with a clear understanding of what your wellness path ahead of you looks like with inspiration and knowledge on how to achieve your goals.
