Since 2008 Superb Health has been owned and operated by Nick Lynch. Nick began his career as a trainer in 2001. 

At Superb Health we believe everyone, even those at the very top of sport and society have untapped potential. We THRIVE on finding what that hidden potential is. We teach mindfulness training to suit your lifestyle. Our methods are not our own, they've been passed down from 1,000's of others that have mastered the art of mindfulness and enjoyed a life overflowing with success and happiness. 

We utilize kettlebells, barbell training and body weight training as our tools of choice. Of course when you're mind and body are functional and living up to your true potential, any form of exercise and movement will improve.
