At Superb Health we believe everyone, even those at the very top of sport and society have untapped potential. We THRIVE on finding what that hidden potential is. We teach basic human movement patterns that we like to call functional. These teachings are not our own, they've been passed down from 1,000's of others who have achieved the impossible. We've researched how the best of the best move and simplified it for your enjoyment. With these functional movement patterns one can enjoy lifting heavy, running long, sprinting fast, climbing high and thriving within your own physical capabilities.
We teach mindfulness training to suit your lifestyle. Our methods are not our own, they've been passed down from 1,000's of others that have mastered the art of mindfulness and enjoyed a life overflowing with success and happiness.
We utilize kettlebells, barbell training and body weight training as our tools of choice. Of course when you're mind and body are functional and living up to your true potential, any form of exercise and movement will improve.
