Youth Athlete Summer Training
If you find yourself in a similar situation to mine with a tween—too old for daycare or traditional day camps, yet still too young for anything overly serious or competitive—this program is the perfect fit. It’s a fun, social way to get kids moving while building a strong foundation for athletic development.
Participants will learn functional movement skills to support overall athleticism and improve sports performance, while being introduced to age-appropriate speed, strength, and agility training.
Can’t commit to the entire series? No problem. Families may enroll for either day, or both.
