November 18th we have our 10 year anniversay celebration. Please RSVP with the number of people in your party that plan to attend.
Here is the schedule of events for the November 18th celebration:
4-5:00 pm - Run Without Running. A presentation by Nick Lynch and Dr. Jon Duris on functional training specific for running to utilize this winter so you can run better and more safely next summer.
5-5:45pm - Group workout. All levels welcome.
6-7:00pm - Tea meditation. Organic Japanese green tea prepared the traditional way, followed by a guided meditation.
7-9:00pm - Party. We provide local and organic food and drink.
Again, please RSVP so we know how many people to provide for. Feel free to invite as many as you would like. Just let us know how many.
