High School Strength and Functional Movement Camp

High school age athletes, 14-18 years.

What? 

All participants will receive: 

-Strength and conditioning programs

-Personal movement assessments 

-Weekly coaching and instruction

-Top of the line weekly training sessions

-Mental training techniques for ease of sport and life performance

-Life long wealth of knowledge for overall well-being

Why? 

The out dated and cave man mentality of "if you're not sore, you didn't do anything" is history. Every athlete deserves to learn his or her functional movement patterns and how to program specific to their own individual needs. We train smarter, not harder!

Cost? 

$499, Register by 4/1/17. Spots are limited to ensure each athlete receives full attention.

RKC Group Prep Class

RKC Group Prep Class. 

We'll review the big 6 exercises: 

Cleans

Snatches

Squats

Swings

Presses

Turkish Get Ups

Additionally, we'll address individuals request for their RKC prep. 

Class is 1 hour and we'll shoot to meet once per week leading up to the May RKC.
