We'll review the big 6 exercises: 

Cleans

Snatches

Squats

Swings

Presses

Turkish Get Ups

Additionally, we'll address individuals request for their RKC prep. 

Class is 1 hour and we'll shoot to meet once per week leading up to the May RKC.
