Monday - 6:15 pm, Functionally Fit
Tuesday - 6:15 pm, Functionally Fit, 5:15 pm Level 2 (private class, must please check with Nick for approval to join this group)
Wednesday - 5:30 pm, Functionally Fit
Thursday - 6:15 pm, Functionally Fit
Friday - 5:30 pm, Functionally Fit
Saturday - 10:30 am, Functionally Fit
All group classes are called Functionally Fit. The idea here is that each individual has the capabilities and opportunities to move in a way that's functional to their lifestyle. As a result, one finds themselves able to perform sport and life at a much higher level.
Level 2 is a group of highly skilled kettlebell enthusiast. To join this group, please contact Nick for approval.
