The founder of Superb Health, Nick Lynch, was raised by the esteemed Dr. James Lynch with an understanding of human beings’ ability to heal themselves. Group exercise classes are one of a kind at Superb Health. We can guarantee results if you can guarantee us three days per week. We teach Functional Fitness in our group classes. This means all of the kettlebell, calisthenic, strength, balance and conditioning skills you will learn in class will transfer over to your everyday life and activities.

What to expect when taking class at Superb?

Expectations are simple. Commit to us and we’ll commit to you. We ask you to attend an absolute minimum of 2 classes per week. In return we promise to provide you with the highest level of service, a wide variety of programs for every level of skill, a clean gym with top of the line functional equipment and a safe learning atmosphere. We spend our free time learning!

Instructors at Superb love what they do. That said, you’ll find them enjoying the outdoors, teaching fitness related workshops and studying what to do at the next class as some of their free time activities. It’s not just a job working at Superb, it’s a way of life! You as the customer are guaranteed to receive the highest level of service, and the most unique programs around as a side effect.

How do I sign up?

Contact us today to set up your Intro Series. New members must first attend the Intro Series. This is to your benefit! Your first visits are private sessions with a Superb Health Instructor. In these sessions they will teach you the basics of Hardstyle kettlebell training in a safe manner:

  1. Lifting weights from the ground up – deadlifts, farmer carries, dragging weight
  2. Swinging and throwing weight – swings, goblet squats
  3. Tension and relaxation – planks, breathing technique

During the Intro Series your instructor will identify any unsafe movement patterns and offer you the safe alternative. At the end of your Intro Series not only will you have a clear understanding of how your body can work better, you’ll be ready for class!

*Special cases such as pre-existing injuries, minimal mobility, health conditions etc. may lead to an instructors recommendation to private train or seek additional medical attention.
